Chili Pie – Our Favorite Use for Leftover Chili

Here is my Chili Pie recipe. We use this when we have leftover chili. It’s a great way to make a second meal from just one meal prep. I always plan on making Chili one day and then this recipe the next day. My family has never complained!

Chili Pie

Grease 2  8″ or 9″ pie plates

Place 1 flour tortilla in the bottom of each pie plate

Top with 1/3 c chili and 1/3 c (or less) shredded cheddar cheese

Add another tortilla and repeat layers twice. You will use a total of 8 tortillas and end with chili and cheese on top of each pie.

You can make this in the morning and refrigerate it up to 3 days or you can prepare it and bake it right away. This dish can be frozen for up to 3 months.

When thawed, just bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees or until cheese begins to brown.
